Simulacra Studio is housed in a large warehouse, with a high apex roof, making it a perfect space for sizable, varied set builds.

The studios have convenient roller shutter access and 3 phase power, clients can hire our studios for full length set builds and/or storage in our permanently staffed unit in London SE26.

Our in-house team can also design and build sets for all types of shoots or uses.

We stock a large range of ready to use 8ft by 4ft scenic flats, some with windows and doors which encompass our own unique and effective bracing system, easy to configure in different layouts.

Hire our studios with the flats painted the colour of your choice, set up, ready for your arrival, leaving you maximum time to do the important things!

You can also hire our scenic flats to take on location work of any kind, just let us know what you have in mind.
