Our cool, quirky lounge is now available for hire on its own!
Many crews hiring our photo studios have asked to use our lounge area for filming and photography - so you can now book this area exclusively if its all you need.
The Lounge is 1000 sq ft with skylights (can be blacked out) with hanging plants. It has a large movable meeting table, kitchenette, plush velvet sofa and an industrial look. We have a wide range of in house equipment, lighting and grips available for use.
The lounge, while not sound proof is sheltered from street noise and therefore nice and quiet.

Due to popular demand the minimalist, industrial style lounge at Simulacra Studio is now offered as a shooting space on its own.
Due to its position in the building the lounge is well insulated from any street noise and has some great features that make it ideal for shooting a video interview or ‘talking head’ pieces to camera.
As well as a large, movable meeting table the space has lots of fun furniture which make great props, including hanging and potted plants that add a welcome touch of nature to an otherwise very urban location, a plush velvet sofa, a wooden rope swing, a concrete kitchen countertop and a copper standing lamp.
Walls are white with hanging festoons and a large food photography print.
Daylight pours in from the lounge skylights, which can also be blacked out on request.
Perfect for video interviews and an array of filming set ups, the lounge has featured in corporate films and presentations, TV advertising and scripted drama.
Other uses include meetings, courses and events where we include a pop up bar, sound system and pizza oven, or support external catering.
